Join me for Tap into your Inner Fire a 90-minute in-person experience on December 28 (10:00–11:30 a.m.) in Rohnert Park, CA.

We’ll gather in sacred sisterhood to soften, release, and remember our innate worthiness. Through my TapMotion Technique, a blend of EFT Tapping, gentle movement and breath, we’ll move stagnant emotions out of the body and make space for pleasure, confidence and clarity. Because sometimes the deepest healing isn’t found in doing more… it’s found in letting go.

We’ll begin with a color healing meditation and grounding breathwork, tuning into the frequencies of ease and trust. 💃 Then, we’ll flow into a Tapping + light dancing practice, guiding the body to shake off old stories and anchor new beliefs:
